At Zing Paws, we aim to keep our delivery pricing simple, fair and transparent.
Our Standard Delivery charge is calculated using the total weight of your order, rather than how much you spend. This means you can stock up on pet food, bedding, treats, toys and other essentials while making the most of each delivery weight band.
Standard UK Delivery
Delivery time: 3–5 working days
Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

For heavier orders, the available delivery charge will be calculated automatically based on the total weight of your basket.
Make the Most of Your Delivery
Our delivery charges apply to the total weight of your basket, so adding additional products within the same weight band won't increase your Standard Delivery charge.
For example, if your order weighs 20kg, you can add additional items up to a total order weight of 30kg and your Standard Delivery charge will remain £7.99.
This makes it easier to stock up on everyday essentials such as pet food, litter, bedding, treats and other favourites in one order.

Your delivery options and applicable charges are calculated automatically based on your order and delivery location.
You can view your delivery charge in your basket or during checkout before completing payment.

Some delivery locations may be subject to different delivery rates or restrictions. Any applicable delivery options and charges will be displayed during checkout.
Orders placed over weekends or Bank Holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
