Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is not a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return once sent back, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please email hello@zingpaws.co.uk or us the contact us page with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can only ship to address in the UK at this moment in time, we are working with our partners to offer worldwide delivery soon. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
You should expect to receive your order within 3 working days (excluding bank holidays & weekends)
Shipping is free on all orders over £40 orders under £40 there is a flat fee of £6.50
